1. Emami Limited
Established in 1974, Emami Limited is the flagship company of the Emami Group and one of the leading FMCG companies in India operating in beauty and healthcare spaces.
The Company’s enviable portfolio of over 300 products based on Ayurvedic formulations include many household brand names such as BoroPlus, Navratna, Fair and Handsome, Zandu balm, Mentho Plus balm, Fast Relief and Kesh King.

In 2008 Emami Limited made one of the most historic FMCG acquisitions of The Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd, for Rs 730 cr. In 2009, the FMCG business of Zandu was merged with Emami Ltd.
In June 2015 Emami Ltd made another big ticket acquisition of Rs 1684 cr when it acquired the business of ‘Kesh King’ and stepped into the Ayurvedic hair & scalp care segment. In January 2019, the Company also acquired Creme 21, a German brand with strong roots & brand recall.
In 2020, the Company has forayed into the Home Hygiene Category with the launch of its EMASOL Range of Products.
Emami has a strong distribution network of over 3200 distributors through which its products are available over 4.5 million + retail outlets across India. The Company has footprints in more than 60 countries including SAARC, MENAP, SEA, Africa, Eastern Europe and the CIS countries.
2. Emami Agrotech Limited [ EAL ]
Emami Agrotech Limited, a Emami Group Company is in the business of branded food manufacturing. With a vision to become the “Most Trusted Indian Food Brand of India”, the Company has been growing aggressively and is involved in production and sale of branded edible oils, Specialty Fats and Vanaspati.
Today the Company is a cherished name in the edible oil industry with a turnover of over Rs 12500 crores. Beside edible oil and specialty fats, the Company has added spices & tastemakers to their product range. The Company is also into production and sale of bio diesel and organic farming and cultivation of commercially viable crops through contract farming.

Emami Agrotech Ltd (EAL) has its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Haldia, West Bengal; Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh; Jaipur, Rajasthan with a total manufacturing capacity of around 9,000 tonnes per day. The 5,600 tonnes per day Haldia Plant is now the highest capacity plant in India.
The Company is also setting up another production facility in Kandla, Gujarat. EAL produces Vegetable oil, Sunflower oil, Soybean oil, Rice Bran oil and Mustard oil. The Company recently launched India’s first ever Immunity Booster Edible Oil that contains 5 nutrients known for boosting immunity.

Emami Healthy & Tasty cooking oil, one of the fastest growing edible oil brands in India, is one of the most sought after and trusted brands in the mid premium category. In 2019, the Company announced its foray into the spices category with the launch of “Emami Healthy & Tasty Mantra Masala”, a varied range of pure & blended powder spices and tastemakers.
The Company offers employment to over 3500 people directly and another 2000 people indirectly through its chain of retailers, distributors and wholesalers. 3. Emami Paper Mills Ltd
Emami Paper Mills Limited, part of the Emami Group of Industries has paper mills located at Balasore (Odisha) and Dakshineswar (W.B., Kolkata), is one of the most environment friendly paper mills in Eastern India.
The company is largest newsprint manufacturer of India with 1,50,000 tpa capacity and produces best quality newsprint at par with the quality of imported ones.
The other line of business of the company is 2,00,000 tpa capacity consumer packaging board of recycle grade as well as that of virgin grade.

Company’s diversification into paperboard segment is now most discussed success story in the paper industry because of the tremendous performance of its board machine, appreciated market acceptance of the company’s paperboard.

Emami Realty, the real estate arm of Emami Group was incorporated in 2006, as a private limited company, to undertake real estate projects in residential, commercial and retail sectors. The company has been amalgamated in July 2016 with Emami Infrastructure Ltd., a company listed with NSE & BSE.
The company has a pan India presence with over 3.6 crore Sq. Ft development at different stages of planning, construction and delivery across West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Maharashtra and Sri Lanka.

8. StarMark
Starmark is one of the pioneers of large-format leisure retail, offering a wide range of books, stationery, movies & music, toys, gifts et al. There are seven stores across India, five in Kolkata and two in Chennai with plans to open more stores in other cities in the near future.
The flagship store in Kolkata located at South City Mall is spread over an approximate area of 15,000 square feet. In 2014, another 15,000 sq. ft. outlet was opened at the Quest Mall, Kolkata to meet the need for a leisure and entertainment store in Kolkata’s Ballygunge area, a premium residential and commercial zone.
